Terms of service
Last updated 2026-08-29
1. What the service is
CastAcross lets you write a post once and publish or schedule it to social media accounts you have connected. Publishing happens through each platform's official API using an authorisation you grant on that platform's own site. We never ask for, see or store a platform password.
2. Price and billing
The price is $5 per connected account / month, billed monthly in advance. Your bill is the number of accounts connected on the billing date multiplied by the per-account price. Disconnecting an account removes it from the next invoice. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which is named at checkout and on your receipt. Posts containing a link on X carry X's own per-request API fee, shown before you schedule.
3. Your content and your accounts
You own what you post and you are responsible for it. You must control every account you connect and comply with each platform's terms. We do not moderate content before publishing; the platforms apply their own rules and may reject or remove a post, which the service reports back to you as a failed target.
4. What the service does not do
The service does not sell, provide or promise followers, likes, views, reach or any form of audience or interaction. It does not automate a browser, simulate a person, or post from accounts you do not control. Use for any of those purposes ends the service.
5. Cancellation
Cancel from your account page at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Refund terms are on the refunds page.
6. Availability and liability
Platforms change their APIs, rate-limit and go down; a scheduled post can fail for reasons on their side, and the service reports the platform's reason rather than hiding it. The service is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Contact
Questions, billing trouble, or a problem with a post: hello@castacross.com. We answer within two business days.
