Privacy

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts.
• Connected-account references: the platform, the account's public username and id, and the authorisation token the platform issued. Tokens are stored encrypted by our publishing provider and are revoked when you disconnect the account.
• Your posts: caption, media and targets, until you delete them.
• Billing records held by Creem, our merchant of record. We never see your card number.

What we do not store

Platform passwords, your followers' data, your direct messages, or anything from your accounts beyond what is needed to publish the posts you write.

Who else sees data

Our publishing provider (Zernio), which holds the platform tokens and delivers posts; Creem, for payment; Resend, for the sign-in and receipt emails; Cloudflare, which hosts the service. Each processes data only to do that job.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account revokes its token. Closing your account deletes your posts and account references within 30 days. Write to hello@castacross.com for anything the account page cannot do.
