Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Open your account page and choose Manage billing; cancellation takes two clicks and needs no email to us. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing further is charged.

Refunds

Monthly: if the service failed to publish for you and we could not fix it, write within 14 days of the charge and the month is refunded in full.

Because the price is $5 per connected account / month and accounts can be disconnected at any time, there is no partial-month refund for disconnecting an account mid-cycle — the account simply leaves the next invoice.

How to ask

Email hello@castacross.com from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within five business days.
